Named after the natural feature rock escarpment in the hall and shower room, this 2 bedroomed Gite is finished to a high standard and well furnished. Sleeps 4 plus Cot.
DOWNSTAIRS
Entrance hall leading to the 2 bedrooms - one double overlooking the front and one twin at the rear. The hallway has the unusual and distinctive feature of the granite bedrock of the hillside forming part of the exterior wall.
Shower room with washbasin , heated towel rail and Washing Machine. Separate toilet with washbasin.
UPSTAIRS
Spacious open-plan, well-equipped kitchen area with excellent views over the fields to the rear of the Gite and with the sitting room/dining area at the front, enjoying marvellous views over the woods and surrounding countryside. La Roche is well equipped with Gas Cooker, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave,Dishwasher, TV(freesat), CD player and DVD player with a selection of DVDs ,books and games.
From the living area, the French doors
lead you to your own private barbecue area, with steps leading up to your
dining terrace - great for
relaxing in the evening sun with a bottle of wine and some good French food.
There is also a picnic table under the trees.
These can also
be accessed via your private entry at the side of the Gite.
Behind the Pool terrace there are washing lines for each Gite.
