WELCOME TO LES GLYCINES
Named after the gorgeous Wisteria which drapes along the front of this very spacious 4 bedroom House .Comfortably sleeps 8 plus Cot as required. This large Gite was opened in 2011 and is furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. DOWNSTAIRS The Kitchen/Diner is fully equipped with Cooker ( gas hob/electric oven), Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Toaster and Kettle. There is a woodburner for early/late holidays. Entrance hall with stairway to 2 of the bedrooms. Ground floor WC and washbasin. A spacious Lounge (34sqm ),with large windows, beams and woodburner. Well equipped with TV (freesat), CD/DVD Player( and a selection of CDs and DVDs ). Information pack and a large selection of books and games. There is WI-FI access. Stairs to 2 further bedrooms. UPSTAIRS From entrance Hall - 1 double wood - panelled bedroom with original Oak beams with lovely views over the Woods. Second bedroom overlooking our wildflower area at the rear of the property. Bunk beds. Shower room with WC, washbasin , heated towel rail and shaver socket. From Lounge stairs - 1 twin bedroom with oak floorboards overlooking the woods. 1 double bedroom with oak floorboards and wood - panelled ceiling and beams. Views again to the glorious woods. Shower room with WC ,washbasin , heated towel rail and shaver socket. OUTSIDE At the front, across the chemin is a large private dining/relaxation area for alfresco meals with table and chairs and a BBQ, shaded by our prolific Walnut Tree. Adjacent to this is a sunny grassed private seating area with chairs, table and parasols. Behind the Pool terrace, there are washing lines for each Gite.
